☀️ Welcome to Sunny St. Petersburg, Florida!

We are so thrilled to welcome you to our home! We hope you have a relaxing and wonderful stay exploring all the beauty and fun St. Pete has to offer. Below you will find all the important information you need for a comfortable and easy visit.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Sundays at 1:00 PM. Early check-ins must be pre-approved and may not always be possible.
  • Check-Out: Saturdays at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to this time to allow us to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in additional fees.

2. General House Rules

  • Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests, including children.
  • Quiet Hours: All homes in St. Petersburg are subject to the City’s Noise Limitations, which limit sound between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am, and 12 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (See City Code Section 11.53.4 https://library.municode.com/fl/st._petersburg/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=PTIISTPECO_CH11ENPR_ARTIIINOPO_DIV1GE_S11-53LORANOEN)
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
  • No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Quiet social gatherings are fine but must adhere to occupancy limits.

3. Pool and Outdoor Kitchen

  • No Lifeguard on Duty: The pool is used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Pool Rules:
    • No diving or rough play.
    • Shower before entering the pool.
    • Close the pool gate after each use.
  • Pool Lights: Cafe lights around the patio can be turned on by plugging the cord for the lights into the outlet near the top of the wall near the rear gate to the pool.
  • Pool Heater:
    • Please ask for assistance if you wish to have the pool heater turned on. The pool is fairly small and heats up quickly. Limit use of the pool heater to one hour per week to conserve gas. Excessive use may result in additional charges.
  • Grill: There is a gas grill on the patio under the pergola. The propane tank is under the grill. Turn the knobs to “Low” and press the igniter. Please turn the gas off at the tank after use. A cleaning brush is located under the outdoor kitchen
    • Propane tanks are provided but propane is the responsibility of each tenant. Tanks can be exchanged when empty at guests expense at any local gas station or store that provides propane exchanges.

4. Kitchen and Appliances

  • Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. We ask that you do not leave dirty dishes or food out.
  • Appliances: Instructions for using major appliances are provided. If you have any issues, please let us know.

5. Trash and Recycling

  • Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated black bins along the rear alley. Trash is collected on Monday and Friday mornings. If a bin is full DO NOT place trash next to or on top of the bins – take to another bin along the alley.
  • Recycling: The City of St. Petersburg offers recycling collection service to enable its residential utility customers to reduce the amount of trash sent to the landfill. Please separate recyclable materials as instructed. There is no need to separate items for the City’s recycling program. Recycling can be placed in the blue bins along the alley.     • Items that may be recycled include:
      • Glass containers (all colors)
      • Aluminum & steel cans, steel jar lids
      • Milk & juice cartons, drink boxes
      • Many plastics numbered #1-7 – NO PLASTIC BAGS
        See below for plastics guidelines and restrictions
      • Newspapers, magazines, mail, shopping ads, windowed envelopes
      • Mixed paper/cardboard — paper towels are NOT recyclable
      • Consult the Waste Wizard to see if a specific item is recyclable. All recyclables must be rinsed or free of food particles. Do not put yard waste or regular trash in the recycling bin.

6. Pets

  • Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted on the property with previous permission prior to booking your stay. Pet fee will apply. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. 7. Respect the Property

  • Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture. Any damages must be reported immediately.
  • Towels and Linens: Do not take bath towels to the pool or beach. Beach towels are provided for outdoor use.
  • Fire Safety: Please use fire pit and grill with caution and ensure they are fully extinguished after use. Turn of propane tanks when not in use. Do not leave them unattended.

9. Additional Information

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Please inform us of any damage or lost items during your stay. Fees may apply for unreported damages.
